Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

To request cancellation, email support@quillavern.com with your order number. We will try to stop the order before dispatch. There is no cancellation fee.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still exercise your applicable cancellation and return rights. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

After Delivery

For online purchases, you have a statutory right to notify us of cancellation without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.

We also offer a 30-day returns policy. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the additional return period and applicable conditions.

You may email us, telephone us or send another clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not have to use the form below.

Refund arrangements, including statutory deadlines and reimbursement of standard delivery charges, are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Contacting us for return instructions does not make the exercise of your statutory cancellation right dependent on approval.
